When will my order be shipped?
Every order is shipped the next business day, with rare exceptions. If you have not received tracking within 72 hours of your purchase, please reach out to our customer service department at support@dollarhog.net.
Where do your items ship from?
All of our products are warehoused in Northwest Arkansas.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use FedEx (for large items) and USPS (for small items).
What does “Open-box” mean?
An “open-box” item is one that looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap without visible wear, and all facets of the item are flawless and intact. See the condition section for full details and description of any imperfections.
What does “Pre-owned” mean?
A “pre-owned” item is one that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.

What is your return policy?
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your order, for any reason, you can count on a full refund as long as the return request is made within 30 days of purchase. Do you offer expedited shipping options?
All of our orders, with very rare exceptions, are packed and shipped next business day. We are currently unable to process orders any faster. We only offer ground shipping options.
Can I have my item shipped to a P.O. Box?
Please provide a home or business address for deliveries, as we are unable to ship your order to a P.O. Box. Entering a P.O. Box as a shipping address will result in the cancellation and refund of your purchase.
I will be out of town, can my order be held to be shipped at a later date?
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold orders. We make every effort to ship all orders next business day.
